Zeus is a returnee from 2yrs ago. This shows exactly why Rescue Back Up (RBU) is so important. Zeus went to a fantastic home with a fantastic man who adored him but sadly Harry, Zeus’s owner, lost his battle with cancer 12 short months after losing his wife. This left Zeus needing help and of course as one of our dogs it’s for us to take him back.

Zeus joined us from Sri Lanka 2 years ago after he was found next to death in one of the worse states I’ve ever seen. I wont show the photos of him as they are that distressing. He’s thought to be around 8-9 years old and is blind in one eye but what a lovely boy he is. He adores people and although he’s always been an only dog he’s great with other dogs and doesn’t react at all. He used to spend his Sunday’s going to dog friendly pubs and shows and loving everyone he met.
